We will guide you through the teachings of the four sacred medicines and the plant medicine from our own lineage. Learn about ethical harvesting, how to care for and honour your smudge. While celebrating Spring Equinox and planting the seeds of intention.

The beauty of Ceremony is the sharing of the meal after the teaching.
We ask each of you to provide a potluck side item for us to share, as we bring the main dishes. Also, we ask the women to bring a skirt or scarf to wrap around as we honour our womanhood during the smudging ceremony. A natural item to offer to the salt bowl to close our time together.
